The attentive staff went above and beyond by returning my forgotten earpods promptly, showcasing their exceptional customer service. Secondly, the heating system ensured a cozy and comfortable stay, keeping me warm during the chilly Berlin nights. Additionally, the delightful terrace with comfortable garden furniture allowed me to enjoy my breakfast in the serene outdoors, accompanied by the charming presence of a friendly Golden Retriever. The room itself was a haven of comfort and functionality, boasting a well-equipped kitchenette and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Not to mention, the carpeted floors added a touch of luxury to the space. My stay at Pension Hartmann was truly a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this unique gem to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warmth in the heart of Berlin.
